A complex and smooth blend with plum, chocolate and cigar box characters. Sourced from premium vineyards in the Limestone Coast, renowned for producing distinctive varietal characters of ripe mulberries, plums and other savoury fruits, grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness with the perfect sugar, acid and flavour balance. 

Matured in both French and American barriques for 10-months to capture and enhance the complexity of this variety. Full-bodied with fine tannins and ripe, berry fruit flavours balanced by earthiness and spice. Subtle oak characters give complexity and enhance the rich, yet smooth and typically merlot palate.
